Extraction Technician

About the role

CNPG is seeking a detail-oriented Extraction Technician to join our production team. You will run hydrocarbon extraction and post-processing — dewaxing, filtration, colour remediation, solvent recovery, and purging — maintain equipment, and uphold rigorous quality and safety standards (GMP, GDP, GLP, GPP) in a licensed phytomedicine facility.

What you'll do

• Operate hydrocarbon extraction equipment following SOPs
• Perform dewaxing, filtration, colour remediation, solvent recovery, and purging
• Record batch data accurately for quality control and regulatory compliance
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot extraction equipment
• Follow all GMP, GDP, GLP, and GPP standards and workplace safety requirements

What you bring

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Background in chemistry, lab work, or process operations an asset
• Comfortable working with hydrocarbon solvents and following strict SOPs
• Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, GLP or GPP an asset
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
